Serbia

Serbia is a country located in Europe, which means it's very far away from where we live in the United States. It used to be part of Yugoslavia, which was a bigger country, but then it became its own country in 2006. Serbia has a lot of history and has been through some tough times, but it's working hard to become a better place for its people. The people who live in Serbia speak Serbian, which is a language that has a different alphabet than English. They eat different foods than what we might be used to and celebrate different holidays.
