Sermon

A sermon is like a talk given by a grown-up. Sometimes, people go to a special place called a church to listen to a sermon. The grown-up who gives the talk is usually called a pastor, priest, or minister. They talk about different things that they think are important to help people be good and kind. They might talk about being nice to others, helping those who need it, or even just being thankful for what we have. Sermons are like lessons on how to be a good person and they can help people who listen to them feel better and maybe even learn something new.
