Sexual abstinence

Sexual abstinence means not having sex with anyone. So, it means not having any kind of sexual contact (like touching, kissing, or even cuddling in a sexual way) with another person. It's important to remember that it's okay to not have sex if you don't want to - everybody has their own choices and nobody should be told what to do.
