ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Shenila Khoja-Moolji

Shenila Khoja-Moolji is a grown-up lady who is really smart and spends a lot of time thinking about how people learn things. She studies how different things like religion, culture, and education affect the way people learn and think about stuff.

She tries to figure out why some people have a harder time learning than others and how we can make sure everyone has a fair chance to learn and grow. She also thinks about how we can make sure everyone feels respected and valued, no matter who they are.

So basically, she's someone who wants to make sure everyone gets the same opportunities to learn and grow, no matter what background they come from. She's like a teacher who wants to help everyone do their best.
