The Shimizu Mega-City Pyramid is a proposed project to build a massive, eco-friendly pyramid-shaped skyscraper in Tokyo, Japan. The pyramid would stand over 3,000 feet (900 meters) tall and would be the largest building in the world. It would house up to 560,000 people and include residential and commercial space, public parks, gardens, educational and cultural facilities, and shopping centers. It would also feature renewable energy systems and advanced technologies for waste management, energy conservation, and transportation. The project has not yet been approved, but if it does get approved, it would cost around $27 billion and take almost three decades to build.
