Silent majority

A silent majority is a group of people who agree with a particular opinion but don't express their opinion publicly. This often happens because people are afraid to 'rock the boat' or don't want to get mixed up in heated conversations or arguments. Silent majorities sometimes have more power than people realize because even if they don't share their opinion, there are still a lot of people that feel the same way.
