Skepticism

Skepticism means that you don't take things at face value and instead you look for evidence to back things up. It means being careful and questioning why something is true and not just believing something without proof. For example, if someone tells you it's raining outside but you don't believe it, you would go to the window and check for yourself to make sure. Being skeptical means you're curious and want to learn new things.
