Slovaks in Hungary
Okay buddy, so there are these two countries called Slovakia and Hungary. They are neighbors and some people from Slovakia live in Hungary, just like some people from Hungary live in Slovakia.
We call these people who live in a different country than where they were born "immigrants." These Slovak immigrants in Hungary might speak Slovak and have Slovak traditions, but they also live in Hungary and might adopt some Hungarian culture too.
Just like we make new friends when we move to a new place, these immigrants make new friends and might even start families in their new country. They still love and appreciate their Slovak heritage, but now they have a chance to experience a new culture too.
