Slug tape

Slug tape is a kind of sticky strip that you can put around your plants to protect them from slugs, which are slimy little creatures that like to snack on the leaves and stems of plants.

The tape works by creating a barrier that the slugs can't crawl over or through, so they can't get to your plants. The tape is usually made from a special kind of plastic that is really slippery and sticky, so that the slugs get stuck and can't make their way past it.

To use slug tape, you just need to wrap it around the base of your plants, making sure that there are no gaps where the slugs can sneak in. Once the tape is in place, the slugs will try to crawl up it, but they'll just get stuck and won't be able to get any further.

Slug tape is a really handy way to protect your plants from slugs without having to use any harmful chemicals. It's also really easy to use, and you can find it at most garden centers or online.
