Small-scale project management

Small-scale project management is when a group of people or an organization works together to complete a certain project. They decide how the project should be organized, what tasks need to be done, who will do them, and how long it will take. It’s like working on a puzzle: each piece needs to fit together in the right way with the other pieces. It’s a lot of work, but when it all comes together, you have a finished project!
