Soboro-ppang

Soboro-ppang is a yummy bread snack that comes from Korea. It's like a little bun that's been baked with a sugary and slightly salty crunchy topping on top.

To make the topping, you mix flour, sugar, and butter together until it becomes crumbly. This mixture is then sprinkled over the top of the bread dough before it goes into the oven.

As the bread bakes, the topping gets all crispy and golden-brown, while the bread inside stays soft and fluffy. Finally, when the baking is done, the bread is taken out of the oven and left to cool a bit before you can take a big bite.

Soboro-ppang is often eaten as a snack or breakfast food with a hot cup of tea or coffee. It's both sweet and savory, which means it's different from regular bread. You can find soboro-ppang at Korean bakeries or pastry shops, or you can even try to make it at home if you have some baking skills!
