Solderability

Soldering is a process of joining two pieces of metal together by melting and using a type of metal called solder. Solderability is how well something can be soldered. For something to be soldered well, it needs to have a good ability to stick to the metal that it is being soldered to. So if something has good "solderability" it will easily stick to the metal and the two pieces of metal can be joined together.
