Solenoid voltmeter

Okay, kiddo, a solenoid voltmeter is a tool that helps us measure how much electricity is flowing through something we call an electrical circuit. Think of it like a doctor's thermometer, but instead of measuring our temperature, it measures the electricity.

A solenoid voltmeter looks like a little box with a screen and two wires sticking out of it. To use it, we first need to make sure the electricity is turned on in the circuit we want to measure. Then, we place the two wires of the voltmeter onto different parts of the circuit.

When we do this, the voltmeter will take a reading of the electricity flowing through the circuit and show us the measurement on its screen. It's kind of like how you can see how much water is in a pool by looking at a measuring cup that shows you the number of cups of water.

This tool is really helpful in understanding how much electricity is flowing through a circuit and allows us to make sure everything is working the way it's supposed to.
