South Atlantic Peace and Cooperation Zone

The South Atlantic Peace and Cooperation Zone (SAPCZ) is an area of the Atlantic Ocean that has been agreed upon by countries in South America and Africa to limit any activities that could disrupt peace and create tension between them.
