Soviet people

Soviet people were people living in the Soviet Union, a country that existed from 1917 to 1991. The Soviet Union was made up of many different states and people from lots of different backgrounds. Soviet people often shared a common set of values and beliefs, including supporting the government and the communist party, helping each other out during hard times, and believing in the importance of the collective.
