Spamdexing

Spamdexing is when people use tricks to get their website to appear higher on search engine results. This means that when someone searches for something on Google, the spamdexers website will come up higher in the results, so people will go to their website first. They trick the search engine by using words that are related to what the search is about but are not actually talking about that thing, so it looks like their website is really relevant for the search.
