Sparse PCA

Sparse PCA is a technique that helps people find patterns in data. It does this by trying to find similarities between different pieces of data. So, for example, if you had the heights of four people (say, 6 foot, 5 foot 8 inches, 5 foot 6 inches, and 5 foot 4 inches) and you wanted to find patterns, one pattern could be that they all have heights that are close together. Sparse PCA would help you find that pattern more easily.
