Spatial hearing loss means that it's hard to tell where sounds are coming from. If you have spatial hearing loss, it might seem like all the sounds are just coming from the same direction, like they are all mixed together. That can make it hard to pay attention to conversations in a noisy room or to hear people who are very far away.
