Speeches and debates of Ronald Reagan

Ronald Reagan was the 40th president of the United States. During his presidency, he gave speeches and took part in debates.

Speeches are when a person stands up in front of a group of people and talks about something. Ronald Reagan's speeches often covered topics about his presidential plans, his beliefs about government, and his thoughts on current events.

Debates are when two or more people have an argument about a certain topic. During debates, Reagan and the participants had to make a case for their opinion and try to prove it was better than the other person's opinion.
