Spermatozoon

A spermatozoon is a tiny little thing with a tail that helps create babies. It's so small that you can't see it with just your eyes! It's made by a special part of a man's body called his testicles. When a man is ready to help make a baby, the spermatozoon swims out of his body through a special tube and goes into a woman's body. If the woman's egg is waiting, the spermatozoon can join with it and make a baby!
