Spermaturia

Spermaturia is a condition where sperm comes out of your pee-pee instead of coming out during intercourse. When a person grows up, they start producing little creatures called sperm in their body. These little creatures swim around in a fluid called semen. When two people love each other and want to make a baby, the man's sperm needs to go inside the woman's body. However, sometimes these little creatures called sperm can come out of a person's pee-pee when they pee. This is called spermaturia. It can happen because of certain medical reasons, like infections or problems with the urinary system. It's important to tell a grown-up, like a doctor or a parent, if this happens so they can help figure out what is going on and how to fix it.
