Splatterpunk

Splatterpunk is a type of horror fiction. It is filled with very gory and explicit violence, often including vivid descriptions of bloodshed and other gruesome details. So, if you like stories filled with lots of scary, sometimes horrifying, and often very gross details, you might like splatterpunk. Think of a scary movie with very graphic images, but written in book form.
