Splinternet

Splinternet is when the Internet is split into smaller parts. In other words, it's like when a big room is split into lots of little rooms. Each room is like a part of the Internet that's closed off from the other parts. This can happen when governments or other organizations put up walls around their part of the Internet. That way, they can decide what information can and can't be seen in their part of the Internet.
