Spray forming

Spray forming is kind of like using a fancy squirt gun to make things out of metal. Imagine filling up a water gun with melted metal instead of water. Then, you aim that water gun at a special place and start spraying. When the metal comes out of the squirt gun, it starts to cool down really quickly and becomes solid.

The cool thing about spray forming is that you can make metal things in different shapes and sizes. You see, the spray gun doesn't just shoot the metal in one direction. Instead, it sprays little droplets of metal all over the place, kind of like a sprinkler watering a lawn. This allows us to make shapes that would be really difficult to make using other methods.

Spray forming is used to make all kinds of things, from airplane parts to jewelry. It's a really cool way to create things out of metal because it's fast, flexible and precise.
