Stakeholder engagement

Stakeholder engagement is when different people, or stakeholders, come together to talk about a problem or project. These stakeholders have different ways of looking at the problem and can provide different ideas and points of view. The goal of stakeholder engagement is to make sure everyone’s voice is heard and that everyone’s opinion is taken into account when making decisions about the project. This helps make sure that everyone is satisfied and that the best outcome for the project is reached.
