State Oil Company of Azerbaijan

Okay kiddo, do you know what oil is? It's a black, thick liquid that comes from under the ground.

Well, in Azerbaijan, they use a lot of oil to make money and run their country. And the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR for short) is in charge of all of that oil stuff.

They own the oil fields and the pipelines that carry the oil to other countries. They also have big ships called tankers that transport the oil to different parts of the world.

Think of SOCAR like a big boss who controls all the oil in Azerbaijan. They make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone follows the rules.

And because they make so much money from all that oil, they can use it to help the people in Azerbaijan. They can build hospitals, schools, and other important things that the country needs.

So, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan is like the big boss in charge of all the oil that comes out of the ground in Azerbaijan. And they use that oil to help make the country a better place for everyone who lives there.
