Stateless nation

A stateless nation is a group of people who don't have a country of their own. They don't have a government that represents them, so they don't belong to any country. Instead, they rely on other countries for support and protection. This can mean that they don't always have the same rights as people from other countries, and they might not have the same access to healthcare and education.
