Steganalysis

Steganalysis is like playing hide-and-seek with pictures. Sometimes people hide secret messages inside pictures, like a treasure hiding in a treasure chest. Steganalysis is when people try to find those secret messages in pictures by looking carefully at the pictures.

When you look at a picture, you see lots of different colors and shapes. Some colors and shapes might be hiding important information. Just like when you play hide-and-seek, you have to look carefully in every nook and cranny to find your friends hiding. Steganalysis is when you look carefully at all the colors and shapes in a picture to find secret messages that might be hiding.

Steganalysis is important because sometimes bad people hide secrets in pictures, like plans to do bad things. Steganalysis helps good people find those secrets so they can stop anything bad from happening. So, just like in hide-and-seek, when we play steganalysis, we have to be very careful, search everywhere, and try to find any hidden secrets hiding in the pictures.
