Strategic control

Strategic control is finding a way to make sure that your plans are working out. It's like when your parents are trying to help you do something like get to school on time or save money or do well at a sport, they give you rules and check in to make sure you're following them. Strategic control is like that but for big plans and goals that businesses and organizations might have. For example, if a company wants to increase the number of customers it has, it might have a plan to do that, and it will track progress and make sure things are going according to plan. They might also look at the plan and make changes if things don't go as expected.
