Structural discrimination

Structural discrimination is when there are big systems that make it more difficult for certain people than others. These systems can be things like laws, policies, or even the way that money is shared. Structural discrimination means that some people have to work harder than others to get the same things, even though they are equally as capable. It can also mean that some people don't get the same opportunities as others because of the way these systems are set up.
