ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Structural pluralism

Structural pluralism is like a puzzle made up of many different pieces. Every piece is an individual group or organization in a society. All of the pieces fit together to make up the whole puzzle, which is a pluralistic society. In a pluralistic society, there are many different kinds of people from different backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures interacting and living together. This kind of society is called structural pluralism because it is structured in a way that allows these different pieces to fit together and create the unity of the society.
