Sultanate of Johor

The Sultanate of Johor is like a big family that has been living in a special place called Johor for a very long time. They have their own traditions, a flag with their symbols on it, and a special person called a Sultan who is like the head of their family.

The Sultan is like a king and he is in charge of making important decisions for the family. He lives in a big palace that is like a huge house with lots of rooms and golden decorations.

Johor is a place in Malaysia that is separated from its neighbor, Singapore, by a body of water called the Johor Strait. The people in Johor have their own language, food, and clothing that are different from other places in Malaysia.

The Sultanate of Johor has a long history dating back to the 16th century when the first Sultan was appointed by the ruler of the neighbouring country, Aceh. Over time, the Sultanate of Johor managed to become an independent sultanate and continued to thrive until today.

Today, the Sultanate of Johor is still very important and the descendants of the first Sultans still live in Johor. They continue to play an important role in the government of Johor and are respected by the people in the region for their contributions to the development of Johor.
