That's when supraorganization comes into play - they are like a big club that helps different independent countries, companies, or groups work together to solve bigger problems that affect everyone. Supraorganizations can have their own leaders and they meet to come up with solutions that can benefit everyone involved.

That's kinda like what supraorganizations do for big organizations - they help them find solutions to problems that make everyone happy.
