Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests
Okay kiddo, do you know what a priest is? Well, some people go to church and talk to priests because they believe the priest can help them feel better or teach them about God.
However, some priests have done really bad things and have hurt people instead of helping them. They have abused kids and young adults, which means they have touched them inappropriately or done things that made them feel uncomfortable or scared.
Now, to help the people who have been hurt, some of those survivors have created a group called the survivors network of those abused by priests. This is like a big club where people who have been abused can talk to each other and help each other feel better.
