Sustainable Oils

Alright kiddo, let's talk about sustainable oils.

You know how some things we use are made out of oil, like the gas we put in cars or the plastic toys we play with? Well, sustainable oils are made in a way that doesn't hurt the environment too much.

You see, some companies used to go into the forest and cut down a bunch of trees just to make oil. But that was really bad for the animals and plants that live there, because they need the trees to survive. Not to mention, cutting down trees means there's less air for us to breathe.

So, some companies now try to make oil in a more responsible way. That might mean planting new trees after they cut some down. Or, they might use a special kind of plant that can grow really fast, so they don't have to harm the environment as much.

Another thing that makes oils sustainable is if they don't pollute too much. When we burn some kinds of oil, it makes dirty air that's bad for our health and the planet. But some oils are cleaner, which means they don't make as much dirty air.

So, in conclusion, sustainable oils are made in a way that doesn't harm the environment too much and doesn't make too much dirty air. It's like being kind to the Earth, so it can keep being a happy and healthy home for all the animals and plants (and humans!) who live here.
