Syllabus of Errors

A syllabus of errors is a document that lists all of the mistakes that were made in a certain situation or event. It's usually created by a teacher or professor to show students what mistakes were made and how to avoid making them in the future. The syllabus of errors will often include descriptions of each mistake and how to correct them. It's a way for everyone to learn from their mistakes and make sure that similar mistakes don't happen again!
