Syncrolift

Okay kiddo, have you ever seen a big boat that needs to go into water or come out of it? Sometimes they use something called a syncrolift to help the boat move.

A syncrolift is a big platform that can go up and down in the water. It's kind of like an elevator for boats! When a boat needs to get out of the water, it goes onto the syncrolift and then the platform lifts up. This makes the boat come out of the water so people can work on it or move it to a different place.

When the boat is ready to go back into the water, the syncrolift goes down and puts the boat back into the water. This way, the boat can float and move around again.

Syncrolifts are really helpful for big boats that are too heavy to move easily. Now you know how they work!
