Syrian camel

Syrian camels are big animals with big humps on their backs. They are also called dromedaries. They live in a country called Syria, which is very far away from here. They are really good at living in the desert because they can go for a really long time without water. They have long legs that help them walk on the sand and their big feet help them not sink in. When they find water, they can drink a lot all at once and store it in their humps for later. People in Syria use Syrian camels for lots of things like carrying heavy things on their backs, giving rides to people, and making milk.
