ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

TSPS

Hi kiddo, do you know what a tsp is? Well, it's a tool that helps us measure very small amounts of ingredients when cooking and baking. It is short for teaspoon. Just like a cup is big and holds a lot of liquid, a teaspoon is small and can only hold a little bit.

Most recipes tell us how much of an ingredient we need using teaspoons. For example, when you're making cookies, you might see a recipe that says, "Add 1 tsp of salt."

It's important to use the right amount of ingredients so that our food tastes good and cooks properly. That's why tsp is a very useful little tool!
