Tabbouleh

Tabbouleh is a yummy and healthy salad that many people enjoy eating. It comes from a place called the Middle East, which is far, far away from where we live.

Tabbouleh is made with a special kind of grain called bulgur. It's made from a plant called wheat that grows in fields. The wheat is picked, then the grains are separated and cooked until they become soft.

After the bulgur is cooked, we add some special things to make tabbouleh taste really good. We mix in some fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. These are chopped up into small pieces.

Then we add a lot of fresh herbs like parsley and mint. These herbs are like special plant leaves that taste really good and make the salad smell nice.

To add some flavor, we squeeze some fresh lemon juice and sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.

Once everything is mixed together, the tabbouleh is ready to eat! It's usually served cold.

Tabbouleh is not only delicious, but it's also good for our bodies. It has lots of vitamins, fiber, and other healthy things that help us grow big and strong.

So, if you ever see tabbouleh on a menu or get a chance to try it, give it a taste! You might discover a new favorite salad that is both yummy and good for you.
