Tailored Access Operations

Tailored Access Operations (TAO) is a kind of spying used by governments to secretly collect information. It is done by sending electronic devices that can be attached to a person's phone or computer and collect information. This information can be used to find out what a person is doing, where they are, and who they are talking to. The devices look like normal phone or computer parts, so the person doesn't know they are being spied on.
