Talking Machine World is when machines can talk like people. Machines are programmed and given commands by humans, and then the machines use these commands to create sentences and have conversations. Some machines can even recognize speech and respond to it. Just like when people talk to each other, machines use recordings of words to make sentences and conversations. They also sometimes use special sounds like beeps and whistles to talk to each other.
