Tamper-evident

Tamper-evident means that it is hard or impossible to change something without being noticed. It is like a special kind of seal that if it is broken, you can tell that something has been changed. It can be used on things like containers to make sure that no one has opened them or on computer systems to make sure that no one has changed any settings.
