Tang official headwear

Tang official headwear is something that important people in ancient China wore on their heads to show that they were special and had important jobs. It looks like a hat with a wide, flat brim that is decorated with colorful feathers or flowers. It was made out of different materials like silk or fur, depending on how fancy the person was who wore it. The headwear was also sometimes decorated with symbols or designs that showed the person's social status or the work they did. Just like how firefighters wear helmets to show that they are firefighters, Tang officials wore their special headwear to show that they were important and had important jobs.
