Tape dispenser

A tape dispenser is a tool that helps us easily use sticky tape. It has two important parts: the base and the cutter. The base is a little box that holds the roll of tape, and the cutter is a sharp edge that allows us to cut the tape easily.

When we want to use the tape, we first put the roll of tape onto the base by sticking it onto a little metal tube called a hub. Then we pull the end of the tape up, over the top of the dispenser, and tape it down onto whatever we want to stick together.

The cutter is really important because it allows us to cut the tape to the right length without using our teeth or scissors. The cutter is a small, sharp blade that is part of the dispenser. When we're done using the tape, we can simply snap the cutter back into the base so it stays safe until we need it again.

Tape dispensers are really helpful tools that make it easy for us to use tape without making a big mess or getting it all tangled up. And, the best part is that they come in lots of fun colors and designs too!
