Teide

Teide is a really big mountain in Spain, located in a place called Tenerife which is an island. It is a volcano mountain which means it was formed from a volcano. The volcano is not active anymore though, so you don't have to worry about it erupting.

Teide is really tall! It's actually the highest mountain in Spain! Think of it like a giant. It is 3,718 meters tall which means it is taller than most buildings and trees you've probably seen. It's not a walk in the park to climb to the top though because it is so steep.

People go to Tenerife specifically to see Teide, they call it the Teide National Park. When you visit the park, you'll see lots of cool things like craters, which are big holes in the ground from when the volcano erupted. There are also lots of rock formations that you can see, and some of them are even different colors, which is amazing to see in real life!

So there you have it, Teide is a really tall mountain in Spain that used to be a volcano, and it's really cool to visit because of all the different things you can see!
