Telšiai Bernardine Monastery

Okay kiddo, so there is a place called the Telšiai Bernardine Monastery. A long, long time ago, many years before you were born, there were some people who decided that they wanted to dedicate their lives to serving a higher power, which for them was God. They built a big building called a monastery where they could all live together and pray, study and do good things for others.

The Telšiai Bernardine Monastery is a very special monastery located in a city call Telšiai, in a country in Europe called Lithuania. It was built in the 17th century and it is really big and beautiful, with lots of towers and windows. The people who built it were called the Bernardine order, and they were a group of monks who were very devoted to God and helping others.

The Telšiai Bernardine Monastery was an important place for people to go to worship, and it was also a place where the monks did good work for others. They took care of the poor, the sick and the needy, and they helped people who were struggling. They also did lots of important research and studies and helped to make the world a better place.

Today, the Telšiai Bernardine Monastery is still standing and people can visit it to learn about the monks who lived there a very long time ago.
