Teleoperation

Teleoperation is using a machine or robot to do something from a distance. For example, if you are playing with a toy train set, you can use a remote control to make the train move around the tracks. Teleoperation is similar, except it uses more complex machines or robots that can do more complicated jobs. With teleoperation, a person in one place can operate a robot in another place.
