Temple of Claudius
Okay kiddo, so once upon a time there was a really important guy named Claudius who was in charge of a big place called Rome. He was so important that they decided to build a special building just for him! This building was called the Temple of Claudius.
Now, this temple was a big deal because people wanted to show how much they respected and admired Claudius. They thought if they built a fancy temple in his honor, it would show how great he was.
The temple was built like a giant house with columns and a big roof. It had a big room in the middle where people could come and worship Claudius. They would bring gifts and offerings to show him how much they cared.
But eventually, things changed and not everyone thought Claudius was such a great guy. The temple was eventually torn down and today all that remains are some pieces of rubble and ruins. But even though the temple is gone, people still talk about it and remember the importance of Claudius.
