ELI5: Explain Like I'm 5

Tender notification

Tender notification is when a company or organization needs something done, like building a bridge or cleaning an office, and they want to find people to do it for them. The company or organization will put out a tender notification, which is a message sent out to people who might be interested in doing the work and telling them about it. This message usually includes details about what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and when it needs to be done by. People who are interested in doing the work can then respond to the tender notification, telling the company or organization how much it would cost them to do the job, and the company or organization can then compare the different offers and pick the one they like best.
